November is my favorite month. I am also a Scorpio and so, November is my birth month. But that is not why I love Novembers.

Minus the birthday – or the week succeeding to it, I can feel the change in weather.

The rush is slower, leaves are gently swaying in the breeze, the entire universe collectively heaves a heavy sigh as we all calmly settle down.

There is an undercurrent of not being in a hurry or to reach places – cups of hot tea and snacks are so comforting.

You wear fluffy and woolen clothes and you love that evenings come faster.

The days are not so tiresome and entire weekends can be productive because you are not tired.

And who doesn’t like staying in the blanket?

There are candles, lamps, books, blankets, hot tea & coffee and everything is nice.

So, yes, I am not a big fan of my birthday. Most of my birthdays I have been alone and I never go out with anyone. I don’t even have pictures of last few birthdays. But yes, I love November because it Novembers like it should.
